Goblin Parade
The 2007 Goblin Parade, presented by Main Street Rogers, will be
held on October 31, 2007 in Rogers Historic District from
3:30-5:00pm.
The parade will wind through the brick-lined streets of Historic
Downtown, with the little ones receiving goodies from our downtown
merchants. Downtown businesses located off the parade route or out
of the Historic District are also welcome to participate. Please
contact Main Street Rogers for location assignment.
Line-up
will begin at 3:15pm at Frisco Pavilion, will kick-off at 3:30pm,
and will end at 5:00pm. Twisty the Clown and other costumed
characters help lead the little Ghosts and Goblins from Frisco Park
down First Street from Poplar to Walnut, turning left (west) on
Walnut to Second Street.
The parade then walks a U-shape on Second to Elm and back,
continuing left (west) again on Walnut to Third Street, where
Trick-or-Treaters cross the street and travel back up Walnut (east)
to First Street.
The Parade ends when you cross the street and pass the Frisco
Caboose. Keep your eyes open, though, there may be additional fun
waiting for you just past the caboose!
Call Main Street Rogers at 936-5487 for more information.
