outstanding display of lights and/or other type of illumination.
ELFIN MAGIC Award - An outstanding entry featuring children
as part of the entry.

as this is a night time event. Walking/Marching units are also
encouraged to use Christmas Lights if possible. Also, for the safety
of small children, please do not throw candy from a float or
vehicle. If you would like to hand out candy, please plan to have
someone walking beside or behind your entry to hand it out to those
in the audience.Main Street Rogers invites businesses, churches,
schools, clubs, marching bands, community organizations,
neighborhood groups, costumed characters, and others to participate
in this festive community event.
